First of all I am a Mercedes Benz customer from 1998. Since December 12th, 2022 as of today 02/22/2023, I still waiting for a part for my car. Communications with service depart is really poor, I make Since December 12th, 2022 as of today 02/22/2023, I still waiting for a part for my car. Communications with service depart is really poor, I make multiples phone calls to know the status of my car, and I only received two calls back . After multiples calls I ask for the manager and he send me a message with the operator, that he was with another customer, but I never received a call back from him. My lease finished on 02/01/ 2023 and as of today I really do not know what I am going to do, My intention was to buy my Mercedes Benz A220W but now who can guarantee that it is in a good condition, or what type a warranty they are supposed to give me. More
