Asked simply for some pictures since the listing had none. Salesperson emailed me asking when I wanted to come in. I asked for pictures. Salesperson wrote what pictures I'd like. All of the staff that I encountered were nice and helpful but I’m not happy with the fact that my car is 6 months old and I’ve taken it in for the same electric issues multiple times in the past 3 months and but I’m not happy with the fact that my car is 6 months old and I’ve taken it in for the same electric issues multiple times in the past 3 months and they cannot find anything wrong. Also, I had a ring worth a few hundred dollars stolen from my vehicle. Sure, I shouldn’t have left it and I didn’t do so on purpose but the principal matter is that last thing I want to have to worry about is a big brand company that I’m putting my trust employing staff who help themselves to take what isn’t theirs. Now I don’t even feel comfortable taking my car in because I have to worry about completely stripping it of my possessions. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional that I encounter theft when I just want to know why my car isn’t functioning properly. More
