It’s the second time I went there, the perception the same: lack of courtesy, lack of knowledge and Dishonesty. I lost the only one key I had for my sprinter, I went to Pembroke Pines dealer to order a t same: lack of courtesy, lack of knowledge and Dishonesty. I lost the only one key I had for my sprinter, I went to Pembroke Pines dealer to order a teplacement. The service advisor kept telling me that I couldn't order a remote key because a have an emergency key and i could not have two keys, or if i orden the remote key the emergency one would be disabled. Finally, around 12pm I was able to place the order and prepaid for it. Around 2pm I called to cancel the order because I found the old key. I spoke to the service advisor and he said he could not cancel the orden because there was a paperwork done. Then I called and spoke to the parts department, I was told there was no problem to cancel it as it wasn’t processed yet and the refund will be send to the payment method. I emailed the service adviser, later emailed the parts department. That was Tuesday 08/23rd. Two days layer, I still haven’t heard from anyone and haven’t received the refund. More

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The only knock I would have is that the service issue took much longer than I expected, however they did set an expectation with me in the beginning.
