While my representative was amazing, Merc Benz service department was not. I brought my car in to have my window control fixed which is something they replaced and supposedly fixed 4 other times and shoul department was not. Eddy was great and helpful with the process, but the dealer not having rent a cars is unacceptable on a week that was very slow at the dealer.
