I had a bad experience when I leased the vehicle so I didn’t return to Fort Lauderdale again for service or anything. I instead went to Pembroke Pines. Upon returning the vehicle I felt very unimportant. I was not thanked for giving my business or consideration to Mercedes in the first place and was not asked how could have been done better to keep me as a customer but instead I was told that I can expect to get a bill from Mercedes in the mail in a few weeks because I didn’t Re-lease another vehicle. I am all about the customer service and this is the reason why I went back to Lincoln. Thanks for asking P.S. When I initially leased the vehicle, the man in finances laughed at me when I asked if a certain thing was included in the price. He laughed while he was looking at the computer that he was working on. Also a very young lady was supposed to explain how to use certain things on the computer inside the vehicle and she never stopped looking at her cellphone and impatiently informed me that she had other people that she needed to help and I should arrange to come back another day for further instruction. I never went back needless to say. Sam Edelman was very nice. More
