When I first got to the dealership I was greeted by a sales rep named Miguel that was extremely unhelpful. It was like he didn't want to sell me a car. The manager then came out and said there were cars available to sell. Long story short, another sales rep, Moises. He was AMAZING. Sold me a certified pre-owned 2021 E350. I love the car and the whole purchasing experience was easy with him. The sales manager came out to apologize for the initial experience. Moises got me a mug and hat. The finance person was extremely helpful and personable as well. More
