I needed my tire changed so the service guy helping me said they can only put run flat tires on my car. Under the impression that was the only solution I told him to replace it. He identified cause for abnormal engine pulsation and videotaped this defect (right side high pressure pump malfunction). He also replaced both inner + outer boots on left side axle which were leaking grease. The vehicle now runs like a fine tuned racing car.
