I walked in expecting to deal with someone trying to rip me off even though I was dead set on getting a new Mercedes. Instead I came across one of the friendliest salespersons I have ever met. He was wanting to help me find the car I wanted instead of whatever he wanted to sell me. I felt like I was doing business with a friend instead of a stranger. He treated me with a lot of a respect and went out of his way to help me find information on the cars I was curious about. I went from being worried about getting a new car to knowing I was getting a great deal. I didn't even have to negotiate for pricing. This was by far the best car purchasing experience we have ever had. It felt first class all the way, just as it should when buying a Mercedes. Our sales person, Daniel Fitzek, did everything right including a confirmation for our appointment and greeting us when we arrived. He had the cars we wanted to look at and test drive. He did not try to "hard sell" but really carried through on his promise to make sure we were satisfied. An outstanding job explaining the features of the vehicle we eventually purchased and coming through on every detail of what we agreed to in order to make the deal happen. A huge contrast to the perceived "sleazy" dealers we had experienced prior to coming to Ewing. Daniel should be commended for his pledge and action to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction for buying experience. So, we will be sending friends and colleagues to Ewing, and specifically to Daniel Fitzek, in the future for their Mercedes needs. I bought my MB from salesman Larry Reeg. I refered 2 friends who also bought 2 MB from Larry. He is extremely knowledgable, prefessional, and has always kept in touch after the sale. The dealership itself is very confortable & inviting and the treatment by the other staff is top notch. Since then, I have been in several Dodge,and GM dealerships trying to buy a pickup and I was totally offended by the way I was treated by Dodge & GM compared to my Ewing Mercedes Benz experience. Dodge & GM wanted to put me in the "cattle call waiting room" with vending machines and unruly screaming kids, while the salesman played games between me and "the sales manager". Ewing MB did not treat me that way. Ewing MB was respectful, calm, and proffessional. Larry Reeg knew how he could structure a deal without playing games. I have used the Ewing MB Service Department several times and have always recieved the same great professional service without being price gouged. I will always call on Larry Reeg first when I'm in the market for another vehicle. More
