Also, I was charged $179.00 for telling me it would cost $850.00-$1250.00 to fix my sunroof shade? I said do not fix it as it is just slightly out of alignment and I will have it fixed elsewhere. The did no work on the shade, never pulled the head liner....just gave me the quote and charged me $179.00....THAT IS A SCAM. I received two surveys from Mercedes where I asked to be contacted by the dealership and no one has contacted me because I caught them in a SCAM. Beware of Mercedes-Benz service Department. More
Chad Bunton always does an excellent job. The repairman who put the plastic protective cover on my hood did a great job. I also don’t like filling in this kind of customer evaluation.
