I took my ML 350 to this dealership for air conditioning problem,they hag it for 8 days,didn't fix the problem and charge me $500+ .I even send a email to their GM KIM PATERSON but I didn't get any respo problem,they hag it for 8 days,didn't fix the problem and charge me $500+ .I even send a email to their GM KIM PATERSON but I didn't get any respond from them.very disappointed ,not happy with their service. Not too happy with service I received. They forgot to do 2 items on their list that I was told they were supposed to do. Pleased with my last visit. Thanks for the courtesy and quick wash service on my e350. I was pleasantly surprised to learn extra charges were waived, but disappointed by a less timely complimentary shuttle quick wash service on my e350. I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz of Plano since 2002. Bought a SLK 350 Limited Edition new and drove it until 2016. One day while dropping my car off for routine maintenance I saw a 2014 SLK Carbon 2002. Bought a SLK 350 Limited Edition new and drove it until 2016. One day while dropping my car off for routine maintenance I saw a 2014 SLK Carbon Edition that had just come in from a lease. The rest is history, I bought my first used car a few days later. Although there is now a dealership in McKinney I still go back to Plano for service and even for yearly inspections. More
Warranty Service Had my 2019 GLC in for Rear Cross Traffic Warning not working. I got a call around 3:00 pm from the valet driver to let me know he was about to leave Had my 2019 GLC in for Rear Cross Traffic Warning not working. I got a call around 3:00 pm from the valet driver to let me know he was about to leave to return my car to me. I had received no call from Chad Bunton the Service Manager as to what was done to the car. When I tried to talk to him no one knew where he was. He finally called me about over an hour later,too late to get my car back the same day. It all could have been taken care of with a call as soon as they found out there was nothing wrong.. More
