Not too happy with service I received. They forgot to do 2 items on their list that I was told they were supposed to do. Also told I need new tires but got a second opinion and I have plenty of tread life. More

As for the tire replacement suggestion, it is not uncommon for tire shops to say there is plenty of tread when we suggest replacement as Mercedes-Benz has very conservative guidelines for tire tread to maintain the safety and performance that Mercedes-Benz engineers the cars for.
