I like the fact that everything is sent via text, including your invoice, what needs to be serviced, recommended services, and you also have the ability to pay online prior to picking up the vehicle. My visit this time was remarkable. I was able to learn things about my car. John Berry took great care with me and took the time to answer my questions. I had told him that if this visit went anything like the last visit when I was there, I was not coming back. But he restored my faith in Mercedes-Benz again.
