I got to the dealership late (not realizing it closed at 7pm) because on the website it shows 8pm as closing time to pick up my car. The team members who were still on location right after closing time made it a point to make sure someone was driving my car around to me while they took care of the paperwork instead of asking me to come back during business hours.
