I have a 3 hour road trip scheduled this morning and I got a nail in my tire yesterday late afternoon. It was a bit of an emergency situation. I texted my sales rep Taylor Wilson and literally within 5 got a nail in my tire yesterday late afternoon. It was a bit of an emergency situation. I was really impressed and grateful to get my car in so late in the day (445p) and they had me out of within an hour. I went in to get 2 recall services and a service A on our E400. Greeted as soon as I rolled in. Mike was out service advisor and did an excellent job. I received a courtesy loan car.
