I would like to commend my Sales Rep Taylor Wilson on his consistent customer service. Due to no fault of his own - global parts shortages, the production of my new vehicle was delayed by 6 months. Through consistent customer service. Due to no fault of his own - global parts shortages, the production of my new vehicle was delayed by 6 months. Throughout the process Taylor was consistent in providing updates and was transparent and honest regarding the situation. As disappointing as the delay was, I'm sure it was also not easy for Taylor to be the bearer of that bad news. He also reached out on several occasions when other vehicle options became available just to ensure I had options. Once the car was finally available Taylor ensured everything was set up before I arrived for signing to help expedite the process and ensure there were no surprises. Less than a week after receiving my vehicle I was the victim of paint overspray on my new car. I reached out to Taylor and he assured me that this was fixable and even set up the service appointment for me. I really appreciate the above and beyond service that Taylor continues to provide! More

I rarely have a problem after maintenance service. Would recommend a little more flexibility with the shuttle service. Supplemental shuttle service, Alto, did a very good job. More
