The Worst Service Experience I’ve Ever Had – Avoid Mercedes-Benz of Pompano at All Costs Unfortunately, every interaction I’ve had with Mercedes-Benz of Pompano has been marked by incredibly poor c Mercedes-Benz of Pompano at All Costs Unfortunately, every interaction I’ve had with Mercedes-Benz of Pompano has been marked by incredibly poor customer service. I’ve given them multiple chances over the years, but my most recent experience has gone from disappointing to deeply uncomfortable. Their service advisors may give you verbal assurances about pricing, service, or timing—but do not trust them. These promises are not honored, and when questioned, you’re met with smug dismissals or deflection. I was explicitly told by their service manager, Matthew Pickton, that unless I had everything in writing, it wouldn’t “hold up in court.” He even went so far as to laugh at the idea of honoring verbal agreements, adding insult to injury. Even more disturbing: when I gave them a heads-up that I intended to leave a poor review based on my experience, I was threatened with a $500 increase to my service bill. This is not just bad service—it’s intimidation, plain and simple. To make matters worse, even written agreements aren’t safe. In my case, the manager simply said he would “revert” the arrangement, claiming the service advisor who made the promise “had no authority.” So the customer is left powerless, while the dealership hides behind shifting policies and shady internal politics. Buyer beware: Do not do business with this dealership. And if you absolutely must, get everything documented in writing—though even that may not protect you. This is a dealership that weaponizes its size and power, and treats its customers with indifference at best, and hostility at worst. More

Took my car in for service. Had a complicated sunroof issue. Service advisor was very helpful dealing with the extended warranty company. They were not able to finish the repair Had a complicated sunroof issue. Service advisor was very helpful dealing with the extended warranty company. They were not able to finish the repair due to unavailability of parts. This is the second issue with the sunroof system. First one was a delamination of the front cover panel which was fixed at no charge. Second one was a failure of the sunroof panel, did not close due to broken components. Both issues appear to be related to poor material choices and assembly techniques. Not happy with the car quality, dealership staff is very good. More
I had an awful experience at Mercedes of Pompano dealership and would advise others to stay away. I purchased a car under the promise that certain issues would be fixed, but they never were. My calls were ignored, and I had to physically visit the dealership multiple times just to get any answers. The car I purchased does not meet Mercedes-Benz standards, and when I tried to return it within their 5-day return policy, I was assured by Joey, the sales manager, that they would fix the issues and make things right. However, I was told I had to come back. When I came back after no return calls or emails, I left my car there for five days, and during that time, I couldn’t get anyone to tell me what was being done. I had to personally go to the dealership just to find out when I would get my car back. No one could tell me what was done in the 5 days it was there. I actually walked the lot and found it unlocked, with my personal items in it, in the used car section. The biggest safety issue was a damaged windshield, which Joey had promised would be replaced. While dealing with them, my girlfriend even purchased a brand-new car from them, and once that deal was finalized, I was suddenly told that they wouldn’t replace my windshield after all. Despite multiple emails, calls, and visits, no one has returned my messages or taken responsibility for their promises. I has a few other issues as well that they couldnt find. This dealership only cares about taking your money—once the sale is done, they become cold, unresponsive, and go back on their word. If I had known they would break their promises, I would have returned the car within the allowed time. Be very careful when dealing with them! More

We bought the car from the Cars.com ad and it was a 4,000 mile CPO car in pristine condition. Paid in full and at delivery had a huge dent in the back. The staff said eat it and live with the damage. They know we live in California and cannot easily fight this. Beware of AutoNation as well the parent company they also said too bad if they wrecked it. The final strange thing is they refuse to give us our sales contract. Keep hiding behind "Policy" it's fraud at its most basic level. I don't know how they are even allowed to be a licensed MB dealer. Mercedes North America is trying to help we will see how that goes. More

I had previously purchased a new Mercedes from this dealership 6 years previously and had all of my service completed here as well. I decided to start the process of purchasing a new Mercedes. From the moment I entered the dealership, they were very professional and accommodating. I had presented a nationally advertised special on an AMG that I had found in the showroom. They honored the ad and also gave me a very fair amount for my other AMG. More
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The finance guy is a D*** it’s been almost one month since I purchased the vehicle I still didn’t get my tag transfer or regist purchasing a vehicle.
