I purchased an S-Class, and even the trade-in process was smooth and stress-free, which is rarely the case at most dealerships. In my opinion, the best car salespeople don’t need to sell the car — the cars sell themselves. Terrible issues, odometer and CARFAX do not match. Warranty short 644 miles. No dealership assistance to resolve the issue, Car delivered with 3 damaged wheels, 61psi in each wheel, dangerous pressure Warranty short 644 miles. Ignored on all counts by the dealership. Starting to feel Mercedes Benz is not represented well by MB of Pompano with these issues unresolved. No attempt to make 80K customer whole. Terrible non- response from customer service at AutoNation. I'm starting to wonder if this vehicle is legal / legitimate at all. Maybe a lemon on odometer issues, certainly a failure on the damaged wheels at delivery and suspect registration problems. More
