Service advisors are terrible, egotistical and arrogant. Not really sure what the problem is, if they deal with “bratty” people all the time and they feel like they have to treat people that way. They walk around you as if they are busy but then I watch them BSn with fellow coworkers. Drinking coffee and shooting the crap. I watched one of them log on to the computer with nothing work related and when I asked if he could help me cause I had been waiting for 30 minutes with an appointment and he wouldn’t even look at me and said he was too busy. Honestly I am done with this dealership. I will take it to Del Ray from now on. More
