A horrible experience! While Harold was very pleasant prior to the sale, he became very contentious and unfriendly when confronted with the issues I faced with my purchase. I purchased a $200k car with a faulty windshield wiper, leaking trunk and damaged underguard. Harold was VERY rude and unwilling to accept any responsibility, and so was the Service Manager (even MUCH worse). Thanks to Eddie, the Sales Manager, who indeed acted like a Mercedes Benz representative. The financing experience was also VERY pleasant, and truly reminds me of why Mercedes and its tenets (when showcased by the right representation) continues to be the flagship of luxury car purchasing. Upon keeping my car (after the purchase) for close to two weeks, my car could not be located at time of pick up. Not only does the published online hours show Saturdays opening at 7am, the service department indeed opens at 8am. So, 2 weeks to get my new purchase, a long drive from Naples to Pompano Beach, an hour wait, and the inability to find my car has made this my worst of my 9-Mercedes car purchasing life. Upon eventually finding my car, there was no paperwork signed indicating what was done (even as I type), what was resolved, nor was there a follow-up call to apologize about my unpleasant experience(s). Needless to say, I will find another one of the MANY Mercedes venues to purchase my NEXT Mercedes. Rest assured, it will not be from Harold at Mercedes Benz of Pompano Beach, Florida. Not in this lifetime...or the next! More
