This has to be one of the smoothest deals I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime at a dealership considering the current market conditions and I’ve bought plenty of vehicles at many other dealers in my 5 experienced in my lifetime at a dealership considering the current market conditions and I’ve bought plenty of vehicles at many other dealers in my 57 years. For starters Ashley Galan in finance is an asset and a true professional in making this happen from start to finish . She not only assisted in the negotiations and financing but also followed up with delivery and customer service along with our salesman Donny. The sales manager Russell and general manager are totally in tune with their sales team and customers meeting and exceeding expectations till now. Upon our first hiccup with the vehicle GM opted to make a minor situation with a new seat whole instead of taking the first east way out and just repair. This is a first class operation from top to bottom. Keep it up you have my repeat business and referrals too. Thanks Mr and Mrs O. More
