Frank Aloia was extremely professional. The car I was quoted was exactly the way he described it when I got to the dealership. My experience at this dealership was superb. The salesman, Frank Aloia, was very informative, knowledgable and friendly. I just like to be given information so that I can make my own decision and not feel as if I am being "sold". This is exactly how it was at this dealership and I bought the car! The finance department was very instrumental in getting me financed at a great rate and made the deal happen for me. I am very happy with the experience and with the car! We recently had occasion to visit Mercedes of Pompano to purchase a vehicle. Our decision to travel over 3 hours to visit this dealer was based on three items. It was a Mercedes Benz dealership. They had th purchase a vehicle. Our decision to travel over 3 hours to visit this dealer was based on three items. It was a Mercedes Benz dealership. They had the car(s) we were interested in. And most important – we had read many good Internet reviews on this dealership and its people. Prior to making the trip, we phoned and spoke with Steve Rahal. We had several specific questions which he quickly answered to our satisfaction. When we arrived at Mercedes of Pompano, we met with Mr Rahal, and, as he had promised, the car we were interested in was ready for our inspection. During the inspection and test drive, Mr. Rahal was clear to point out several deficiencies in the car. However, he assured us that the problems were already known and parts were on order. He said that if we purchased the car, everything would be fixed without cost once the parts arrived. We negotiated several other items and in the end, we decided to purchase the car we had originally come to view. We would like to compliment Mr Rahal on this process. He was not overbearing and the conversations were cordial and professional. A few weeks later, we were called and advised that the parts were in and they scheduled an appointment for us to come for the repairs. We again, made the long drive to Mercedes of Pompano. Our assigned service advisor, Kevin Desko, was waiting for us when we arrived. He quickly took the car into the shop. During the repair process, several problems occurred that Mr Rahal and others had not expected. The repairs needed were much more complicated and expensive then anyone had anticipated. Mr. Haworth, a manager at Mercedes of Pompano, quickly stepped in and offered a solution. He gave us a loaner car, even though we lived so far away, and said it would take several days to get additional parts and make repairs to our car. He said for us to take the loaner home and he would call us whenever our car was finally ready – even though it would probably not be until the following week. All of this at no cost to us. We are waiting now for the repairs to be done. In our opinion, the staff and management of Mercedes Pompano has gone above and beyond the call of duty and clearly exemplifies the level of customer service that has made them a leader in their community. Granted, our problems were unusual, and not the type that most people would encounter. However the way they were handled should be reason enough for anyone to strongly consider purchasing their next vehicle from Mercedes of Pompano. I would say to anyone - make the drive. If there is any way to put you in the car you desire, I truly believe they will try to make it happen. More
