I bought a car from out of state expecting to get an excellent customer service. I was disappointed by the services provided by these two men. Before they got the check from my banks, they would return excellent customer service. I was disappointed by the services provided by these two men. Before they got the check from my banks, they would return all my calls. As soon as they got the check, they never answered my calls nor responded to my emails again. They promised the vehicle will arrive at my home the week of the purchase but it didn't , they didn't call to give me any update and they ignored all my calls. That is just a bad way to treat an out of state customer. More
