This is the third car we have leased through Mark and each time the experience has been the same--here are the facts about the car and here is what the cost is for the term of lease you are looking at. Did we miss one or two facts that would have enabled us to squeeze the last dollar out of the deal? Possibly. On the other side of the coin we feel like Mark told us things about different cars that we didn't know even as experienced Mercedes consumers who had done some initial research. In the end, we felet like Mark's objectives were aligned with ours--get a vehicle at a price point we were comfortable with that had enough left over for the dealer ship to still be there when it is time for number 4. I have been trying to get the name and e mail address of the service manager. I had a scheduled maintenance recently done there and I would like to have a new service advisor. No one who answers the phone at the store wants to give out the e mail address or the managers name so if this is what you want here it is.
