This place is listed as somewhere I can take my car for the lifetime oil change I have with Lithia. After they changed my oil they gave me zero information whatsoever about when my next one is due or what the lifetime oil change I have with Lithia. What they did tell me is that I have a “very bad oil leak” which was completely untrue per my own assessment and that of my mechanic. There is always something to complain about. Our overall experience was very pleasant and professional. The staff taking care of our expectations and everybody was more then helpful. We came primarily for getting a notification on the dashboard we also got an oil change. It took all day and the primary problem was not resolved. But had a bill to pay for over $600. Never had an issue like that with MB in 50 years of ownership. The trade in/ sale value for this car is only $6000 So no a happy customer. Sorry for us and MB! Helgi Heidar More
Clean, seems well run, and mostly efficient. The service manager was nice to work with. Making an appointment took a little time through the automated system. I prefer speaking with someone. It is extremely disappointing that this dealership won'twash a car with a matte finish. A past bad experience penalizes all that do have a matte finish car. For the money we pay for service and the car cost overall, you should be able to figure out a solution. Hearing about some issue with a past customer's car isn't my problem. At least vacuum the inside as well. More
