CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD AT MERCEDES BENZ OF PORTLAND I had bought my GLC 300 at Mercedes Benz Portland, My Car had chip and cracks on the Windshield before i had bought the car, I was told, It would be f I had bought my GLC 300 at Mercedes Benz Portland, My Car had chip and cracks on the Windshield before i had bought the car, I was told, It would be fixed at time of buying. But after buying the car, They have not fixed the chip on windshield. Car still have the same chip after multiple followups with the dealer. When i have asked for replacing the windshield, I am asked to give back the car to dealer. I did not understand, how can the dealer ask the car back. Once after selling the car to customer. Staff(Dale Acelar) at the dealership, do not have the customer service at all, they are treating very bad. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD AT MERCEDES BENZ OF PORTLAND. I did contact their corporate Lithia Motors, They didnot fix the chip on the windshield too. I would not recommend buying the car at Lithia Motors More

No Nonsense Professional Service I took my C300 in for a speaker replacement. Service department gave me realistic time frame. They also did firmware updates for recall notices. I was able to conduct business the whole time from their business center and had access to snacks and espresso. All of this and their excellent central location can't be beat. More
Mercedes Customer Service is TOP NOTCH I was presented with a service plan upon arrival which outlined in detail the services to be provided along with the cost. Upon completion, I was sent a text asking what time I wanted to pick up my car and when I arrived my washed car was waiting for me. Jake is an amazing customer service representative who seems to generally care about my car and me. More

I looked for anyone that could work on this little car and, no one even wanted to try the repairs that were needed. I called and scheduled a service visit with Portland Mercedes-Benz. I knew they would do a good job, it was the cost of having them do it that made me look for someone else. I do not begrudge them a profit at all, I just can't pay those prices all the time. They did do a fantastic job and the price was not as bad as I thought it would be. Not cheap, but I got what I paid for. I understand why people pay good money for that kind of service. Every chance I can, I will be back. Ronnie Marques was by far the most attentive service advisor I have ever worked with. He communicated everything to me and was very patient. The dealership is super nice. Just all the way around a great experience. More
