Leased a new C300 Dale & Brad were wonderful to work with. I came to the dealership with the intent to buy a used CLA. During our test drive Dale could see that I was Dale & Brad were wonderful to work with. I came to the dealership with the intent to buy a used CLA. During our test drive Dale could see that I wasn't thrilled with the options on the CLA and suggested that we head back to the dealership to find a car that better matched what I was looking for. In the end he found the perfect C300 with all the options I wanted, including the color (Hyacinth Red Metallic) I was looking for. Dale and Brad stayed late to ensure I was able to drive away with my new car just in time for my birthday (the next day). Awesome experience!! The Best Experience I am very happy with my experience buying a car from Mercedes Benz of Portland! Chan was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help me g I am very happy with my experience buying a car from Mercedes Benz of Portland! Chan was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help me get the car of my dreams. He was the first to respond to my inquiries submitted online to 3 local MB businesses (Portland, Beaverton and Wilsonville). I asked each dealership to do a credit check for pre-approval before coming in to see the car I wanted and Chan was first to get back to me and tell me I was qualified. He was also the first to tell me he had the car I wanted to see and within 30 minutes he was in my driveway with it for me to test drive. Right about this time I received texts from one of the other dealerships attempting to show me a car that I did not ask to see and they hadn't even run my credit check yet. I told him that the car of my dreams was in my driveway and away I went! When we arrived back at the dealership Chan made be feel like a VIP. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - shout out to Bradley - and were truly happy for me and they got me a fantastic deal. These are my peeps now and I trust them. I won't buy a car anywhere else. I've leased FOURTEEN cars and never had a complaint I am an employee of Diamler (the parent company of Mercedes-Benz; I am not associated with Lithia Motors, which owns the dealership). As a Diamler emp I am an employee of Diamler (the parent company of Mercedes-Benz; I am not associated with Lithia Motors, which owns the dealership). As a Diamler employee, I am able to lease MB/smart vehicles at a favorable rate and for only a 12-month term (and I can (and do) lease three such vehicles at a time). Over the years, I have leased fourteen MB/smart cars and SUVs. It has always been a pleasure working with Tom Maddux and Baxter (don't recall his last name, sorry) for the employee leases. I'm usually in-and-out in about 20 minutes. I have also worked with Chan Saechao twice on regular consumer leases (36-month). He is a great professional and was able to secure terms that are actually BETTER than the employee-lease. In all likelihood, I will go through Chan again for my next lease (and all future leases), rather than using my employee benefit. YOU can get the same deal I got. Just talk to Chan. He'll fix you up. I've twice had occasion to work with Brandon Godbey in the service department. He was helpful and efficient, and made arrangements for a courtesy car to promptly give me a ride. I can't comment on the value, since it was warranty work and did not cost me anything. The dealership itself is pleasant enough. They offer fresh-baked cookies and a sooper-dooper coffee/espresso maker. The only disagreeable thing is the parking - a limited number of spaces in an area that is difficult to maneuver. Alas, it is a downtown location, and parking is always a problem downtown. More

After what they have done to me will never recommend it ! My name is Moe, I went to Mercedes-Benz of Portland 1605 SW Naito Parkway Portland, OR 97201 on a Friday 9/25/2015 to purchase a new vehicle for my L My name is Moe, I went to Mercedes-Benz of Portland 1605 SW Naito Parkway Portland, OR 97201 on a Friday 9/25/2015 to purchase a new vehicle for my Limo business. I choose this dealership as it deals in high end used vehicles listed above 15,000 dollars. I felt that a business that deals with this kind of stock would have great integrity. I found and purchased a 2007 Lexus 460L. I was assured by the dealer that the car was a clean title no damage and a quality car. I was extremely adamant with this dealer that the car had to pass stringent inspections by the city of Portland for permits and was assured there would be no problems. I asked if I could take the vehicle to a third party to have it inspected before purchase and was informed I would have to pay for it in order to leave the lot with it. I was given a Car Fax report stating clean title no damage. I purchased the vehicle with $25,200.00 and took to a third party to have it inspected. Upon inspection they determined that this unibody vehicle had had damage and the frame was bent. The third party ran an autocheck report. The report stated that the vehicle had been rear- ended and with the frame damage determined by the third party with suspension damage. Upon receiving this information, I toked the vehicle back to the dealer on Monday to get my money back as I could not use the vehicle for purpose it was purchased. The dealer adamantly refused to refund my money and said we can't take it back !!! Lawsuit its the only way to get my money back !!!!
