They are usually very considerate however they rotated my tires and yet we are told by Mercedes they should not be rotated!? Hmmm More

When I brought in the car for routine service I asked that the front right tire be checked because it keeps losing air. Originally when I got the car, I had been told not to rotate tires on my car front to back because they were different sizes. When we checked out at my recent service the notes read that the tires had been rotated front to back. i asked the service rep if that was supposed to happen, he said no, and called the service guys asking if they had, evidently they said no. But then why had they typed it into the service notes if they had not? So I get home and I still have a low tire but not it is the left back tire! I take it to the local gas station and they pulled out a big nail. So now I wonder if my tires checked at all, were the tires rotated and that is why my back left tire is now low. Bottom line, if my tires were rotated, is it dangerous to drive them that way? Please let me know. We live at the beach, so it is not exactly easy to drop by and have you look at them.

Service always great, loaner car was great. Only disappointing thing was that I filled the loaner car up with fuel 10 miles away from dealership and they charged me around $3.00 for gas. More
