The service was fine. My rep was pleasant. However scheduling the appointment was xxxx. I had to call 6 times. Several times nobody answered the phone or responded to my voicemail. I had questions abo scheduling the appointment was xxxx. I had to call 6 times. Several times nobody answered the phone or responded to my voicemail. I had questions about the service and the person who answered the phone could read fro her script so I requested to speak with a service rep. I never received a return call (this happened twice). Finally I decided to bring the car in and discuss then. Next time this happens i will bring my car to wilsonville Mercedes. I have purchased to vehicles from this dealership and have always been treated well but this is there last time I will spend time trying to schedule an appointment. More

They were promises made, which were not kept. The communication was sporadic and generally very poor. The service person promise to get back to me I never did.
