Botched Software Recall My 2015 C300 was recalled due to a software glitch that disabled most functions of the media screen. No music, phone, or anything else, except for the My 2015 C300 was recalled due to a software glitch that disabled most functions of the media screen. No music, phone, or anything else, except for the back up camera. I had to drive two hours to get to the dealership. Upon arriving home I realized that the download of the new software was flawed, with most functions STILL inactive, and no back up camera. The tech apparently never checked to ensure that the operation was successful. Although I purchased my vehicle in a different city, and this dealership is not my usual resource, I expected professional work. Staff were courteous and professional overall, but someone dropped the ball. More
