I would not recommend this dealer for service after my experience. It seemed like they overbooked appointments and the entrance was overflowing with cars for service. I was greeted by a kid who called me “boss” and told me to wait inside and someone would contact me. I marked that I would wait for my service appointment and had some other things that needed addressed. I was asked if leaving the car for a couple of days was okay, I said I lived in rainier and would need a loaner. I could not get one because I did not reserve it. I had to cancel my additional requests and only get the recommended service. I waiting over 5 hours for it to be complete. I saw my car exit the car wash area and it took another hour before someone came and got me to pay. I did not feel important and was ignored until time to pay. More
