Good afternoon, after review, we found that the service manager you are referring to, did not speak with you during your last visit which was on 2/17/23. At no time did you speak with the service manger during your visit. It looks as if you are referring to your attempt to get reimbursement from the manufacturer of your tires. This conversations took place 5-months ago, dated on 10/31/22. Your advisor and service manager simply explained the reimbursement process. As we explained, the tires have to be sent to the manufacturer and inspected by the manufacturer. From there, the tire manufacturer determines if your tires qualify for reimbursement. Your advisor simply assisted you during this process to help you seek reimbursement. The dealership does not own the tire manufacturer, or create their warranty guidelines. We are sorry you are unhappy with the tire manufacturers warranty policy, but their policies must be followed if you are seeking reimbursement.
