Great service! We had a tire issue which was under warranty and it was taken care of the same day we called. A lot of paperwork was involved due to the warranty f We had a tire issue which was under warranty and it was taken care of the same day we called. Unfortunately my last few visits to Mercedes of Portland have felt very different than years past. This was a warranty service appt that was initially declined; they claimed I had a one month warranty on a have felt very different than years past. This was a warranty service appt that was initially declined; they claimed I had a one month warranty on a recently purchased used car. Once approved, I felt it was a "favor" to give me a loaner. I had two dead keys that were replaced when I recently bought it, told they had one new battery? My car was damaged (dented) during the visit, who ever heard of that? When I complained was told "but we are replacing with new parts". Ummm, as expected. And last my car was returned totally dusty on the inside...not sure it was washed. Really disappointed. More
My car was dropped off at 11am. After shuttling me to the dealership and having me wait an hour and a half, at 5:30pm they finally looked at my car, decided the initial repairs were After shuttling me to the dealership and having me wait an hour and a half, at 5:30pm they finally looked at my car, decided the initial repairs were not good enough, and sent me home in a rental. The next day, magically, the car is actually fine, and they can do the alignment. I would have appreciated more transparency. Why was the car suddenly okay? The also did all four tires for the alignment, even though the repair shop and my insurance had said it just needed the front two aligned. This meant we had to put in a supplemental claim to my insurance. More
