Front desk customer service: 3/5 stars. Not very helpful over the phone. When I arrived for my first service I was just standing there while I waited for her to get off the phone. Always trying to sell way, way, way overpriced and probably unnecessary service. Also have been nagged at least 5 times to complete this xxxx survey.
