Good service so far. Mis-diagnosis for the vibration when the wheels are turned because after the transmission service the noise went away. Service tech should have known Mis-diagnosis for the vibration when the wheels are turned because after the transmission service the noise went away. Service tech should have known that instead of saying it’s a transfer case problem. I purchased a vehicle from your dealership and hadn’t even put on 4k miles and had to put new brakes and rotors. I was told the car was completely checked out before my purchase and was just expecting my even put on 4k miles and had to put new brakes and rotors. Where to begin. Your service Mgr called me 2 months ago. At that time I scheduled a service for my G wagon. I waited 3 weeks for the appointment and when I arrive Your service Mgr called me 2 months ago. At that time I scheduled a service for my G wagon. I waited 3 weeks for the appointment and when I arrived to the dealership on the day of my appointment I was told that weekend appointments had been canceled and that I should have received a phone call (I didn't). I was told I would get a call the following mon. The Call came wed as a voicemail. I returned the call an hour later and left a polite voicemail explaining what happened. No one ever returned that call and that was a month ago. Horrible service. I will never purchase a car or service a vehicle with this dealership More
