I have recently visited Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth for both vehicle purchases and trade-ins, and each experience has been exceptionally positive. I bought my Benz in 2011 when it was owned by Holloway. When it changed ownership, I wasn't too impressed with the environment. It looked and felt like an average car dealership. Instead of getting a response of, "I don't know"..."Why don't you bring it in," she was able to pinpoint the cause...and she didn't "pawn me off" to one of her service guys. Jordan and Roger were fantastic to work with and worked with me to get this deal to the finish line. They were reasonable with negotiating a fair deal and made me feel like a valued customer. I’ve been to three of Mercedes dealerships and Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth, by far is my number one choice. Service is a breeze .Meegan Best can fix you up a with a loaner or if you can’t make it Mercedes-Benz of Portsmouth, by far is my number one choice. Service is a breeze .Meegan Best can fix you up a with a loaner or if you can’t make it in , she can send a driver ,his name is Larry, who Will bring you a car and take your car back for service. It could not be any easier. Meegan Best will call me to keep me updated on my vehicle and when I get it back, it’s always perfect. Actually it looks better than when I brought it in or when Larry picks it up. Oh and I can’t forget to mention Tammy the receptionist who is always helpful with a wonder personality. More
