Buyers beware. A deal even written and signed by management does not mean a thing. We ordered a vehicle 7 months prior to its arrival with an agreement at MSRP + fees. The order was taken, entered, kept up to date on progress, a PO was assigned 0171438848 with our name on the order. Later vin was assigned, and the vehicle was built and shipped. A few days before arrival I was notified that they would not be selling me the car at that price and if I wanted a new market price that was up to me. My salesperson Les Barker informed me then I spoke to Tom Wood the sales manager who explained that the market has changed and they "do not have to sell the vehicle to me." They then ghosted me for a week and finally received a call from Mike Collins the President of the dealership who listened to the story and said he would get back to me. In an email he decided to let me know that they were not going to sell me the car and "if i wanted a new quote, they'd be happy to provide that." Those who HAVE or think they have deals with this dealership, think again. More

Was professional through the negotiation settling on a mutually agreeable price (John the SM was very supportive too). Purchasing from VA I had a tight timeline for organizing the purchase and being on the road - Bethany had everything set up, collection from Manchester Airport, finance (David) was fully ready with paperwork, the vehicle was gassed & ready to go including water for the trip. Thank you all MB Portsmouth for probably the smoothest used car buying experience I have ever had. More
Poor internet sales/ sales rep Bethany, her email sent me a message about a vehicle I was interested in at 7am as if it was still available for sale (Saturday), not mentioning it was sold yesterday (the prio a message about a vehicle I was interested in at 7am as if it was still available for sale (Saturday), not mentioning it was sold yesterday (the prior day Friday) mean while me and my family set out on the road early enough so we can get to this dearship during there operating hours. This was a FOUR HOUR trip for us for nothing, what a big waste of a day. More

Honesty is important now more than ever I am sure this review will be taken down by the dealership as they seem to only display 5 star ratings that make them look good. I however have a different experience that I feel is worth sharing. I had the 60,000 regular service done on my ML-250D. I was charged an additional $40 for a state inspection that they told my wife (after the fact) was "complimentary" but we did not request for. The service rep (Corey I think his name was) even lied and said on the phone when I questioned him about the added expense that my wife approved of it. He never discussed it with either me or my wife beforehand. When my wife picked up the car the following day (I was on call that day), the service was already done and the receipt finalized. This inspection just cost half the price at my local tire shop. Also, the two N95 masks and face shield I keep in my car went missing after the service. Definitely was expecting more honesty from a luxury auto dealership. More
