Honesty is important now more than ever I am sure this review will be taken down by the dealership as they seem to only display 5 star ratings that make them look good. I however have a different experience that I feel is worth sharing. I had the 60,000 regular service done on my ML-250D. I was charged an additional $40 for a state inspection that they told my wife (after the fact) was "complimentary" but we did not request for. The service rep (Corey I think his name was) even lied and said on the phone when I questioned him about the added expense that my wife approved of it. He never discussed it with either me or my wife beforehand. When my wife picked up the car the following day (I was on call that day), the service was already done and the receipt finalized. This inspection just cost half the price at my local tire shop. Also, the two N95 masks and face shield I keep in my car went missing after the service. Definitely was expecting more honesty from a luxury auto dealership. More

Due to my work schedule John drove an hour away from the dealership to deliver my new car. The whole experience from initial online shopping, John in sales and getting the financing was a breeze compared to other dealerships in the past. I recommend Mercedes of Portsmouth if your looking for a great place to get a new Vehicle. Also ask for John McMorrow he will be very helpful in your car buying experience. More

WARNING TO ALL CONSUMERS DO NOT BE TRICKED .....I bought a battery here less then a year ago with a warranty. The battery is defective and they will not honor the warranty on the battery. They want me to pa a battery here less then a year ago with a warranty. The battery is defective and they will not honor the warranty on the battery. They want me to pay two times the amount of money to have them check the battery to verify it’s defective and then to place the battery in the car. I just wanted a new battery and would do the work myself but they will not honor the warranty unless I follow the policy that I never knew about at the time of the purchase! I definitely feel SCAMMED!!!!! More

My first Benz! I came into MB of Portsmouth to look at a used non MB car they had taken in trade. I was greeted by Ben as if I was coming to look at the most expensive new car on the lot. After the test drive I wasn’t super excited about the car I had come to see. It just wasn’t quite right even though I couldn’t verbalize why. I’m so thankful that Ben not only was very patient with me but he is also a ‘car guy’ through and through. We could communicate on a level that you can’t achieve with a salesperson no matter how great at selling that doesn’t truly love and understand his product. Ben took me out on the lot and showed me a car that I instantly fell in love with, and to this day glance back over my shoulder at it every time I park it and smile. THANKS BEN! More
