I had my car serviced yesterday. Sean, my new service advisor, was amazing. He took the time to demonstrate a couple of features on my car which I had questions about. He explained the service process and found me a loaner, as having a car is critical to my business. And he communicated regularly with me, both before and during my day of service. Well I seen the car and came in with a check as they praised my purchase and told me what a great deal I was getting yhe financial guy was very uptight and was trying to use scare tactics to force addit praised my purchase and told me what a great deal I was getting yhe financial guy was very uptight and was trying to use scare tactics to force additional sales of warranties that were very pricey and don't cover much. When I asked questions he began to say I was aggressive. So I would say they can use some training in closing a sale. Had I not wanted the car prior to me talking to those guys. I would have walked out on the deal. Tbh Very condescending attitude because I didn't get financing through them. More
By appointment dropped off vehicle for a recall (brake pedal booster check) on May.31st and requested to have transmission diagnosed (jerking). Received a call on Jun.01st with suggestion to have brakes d pedal booster check) on May.31st and requested to have transmission diagnosed (jerking). Received a call on Jun.01st with suggestion to have brakes done for $1700.00 but no news of finding about recall or Transmission. Waited 8 days to call and left a message. Received a call stating vehicle has been ready for pickup since Jun.02nd. Recall is done. NO repair needed. (Booster is in good condition). Transmission was not diagnosed. Asked Sean again to diagnose the transmission and waited for his call. He did not call back. Finally, after two days of waiting I went to pick up my vehicle on Jun.10th before end of the day and found vehicle was totally dead, it would not even unlock. They kept my vehicle for 11 days for NOTHING but hassle. More
