Service was good. But I was told when i made the reservation at the call center that they couldn't guaranty a loaner car. The facility is new and clean. Waiting room lacks powered outlets that makes it difficult to do work while waiting the 2-3 hour wait that is usually required for service. He did an excellent job of informing me of needed service and did so in a very pleasant way. He is a keeper. The service quality is consistently excellent, but is very pricey. More
