Service was good. But I was told when i made the reservation at the call center that they couldn't guaranty a loaner car. I feel that was unacceptable for the price point of my 2021 GLE53. the service provider advised me that in the future i should call him directly and he would ensure a loaner is available. The call center should have advised me of that. I waited over 4 hours for my car to be service. More

The facility is new and clean. Waiting room lacks powered outlets that makes it difficult to do work while waiting the 2-3 hour wait that is usually required for service.
