My Rep was great. However, I arrived for my 0700, early bird, appointment at 0650. Was rudely told they're in a meeting go to the waiting room. After the manager imparted his vast and mightily important info to the staff I found myself finally getting checked in at 0730.. Had to get up at 0400 to get here for the 0700 show. Why have a freaking appt. if the manager can just do anything he wants? Probably rolling his eyes as he reads this. I would expect nothing less from this guy. Really how dare him just dismiss a customer like he is somebody and we customers have no plans other than to sit in the waiting room. Seems to me you could get a better manager. Garry Shelton More

Apparently when calling, the call goes to a "Service Center" and not directly to the dealership. I called 3 times to make a service/recall notice for my car and was told someone would return my call. I went online to schedule, filled out the questionnaire, THREE TIMES and type of service requested always would be erased. I showed up at the dealership and said "WE have you scheduled but NO description of service was requested :( Your computer system has a hiccup !!! We experienced Excellent service from Sean, in the service dept. He was very thorough on what was getting done & promptly called when my Benz was ready and again went over everything that was taken c service dept.
