Impossible to get a hold of anyone in the department to find out when my car would be ready. Made appointment online, car wasn’t serviced until next day. We think the dealership, at least the service center has a problem with training and keeping people. I made an appointment to bring the car in for repair of leaking oil and told "sure, bring it in". When we arrived we were told that it would be at least two weeks before they could look at it, and that we were number 60 in line for a loaner. Pretty inconvenient as we live 40 miles south in Carson Valley. Called about two weeks to see what progress had been made and was told they knew what was wrong, but they couldn't get parts because "their truck was broken down." It was another week before the car was ready. When we picked. it up, we discovered that although we asked for a detail of the interior, none had been done.
