Service department is unreliable! Say they will call to update and do not. Car is not ready when stated. It took me 4 phone calls to get an answer when my car would be ready. Then I was told I needed new front tires on my car…. Mine are just a year old and replaced at that dealership! When I questioned this I no longer needed them. I don’t trust this dealership. I am consider selling my car so that I don’t have to deal with them any longer. We really liked our salesman, Nick Khamis. We bought two cars from him…. But since then we have been thoroughly disappointed and distrusting of MB of Reno! More
