I had my six months service last Friday I dropped my car at 7:15 am because my appointment is 7:40 am I asked the guy if my car is done before 3 pm because my husband is going to work before that , and he s at 7:15 am because my appointment is 7:40 am I asked the guy if my car is done before 3 pm because my husband is going to work before that , and he said Yes, then I called about 1:00 pm they said that is not done yet so told again that I need it before 3 pm then they said I call you back I will check your car he said so the guy called back and he said it’s gonna be done by 3:30 pm that’s what he said, and will give you a call he said but he didn’t give me a call back after that, so what I did I just go to Mercedez and pick up my car 5:20 pm because I was walking for a call back from the service department that they promise but I haven’t got any call to inform me that my car is done. What kind of service do they have? I’m expecting to get my car done before 1 pm because it’s just a check there’s no problem so I don’t know why? And making appointment too early is useless because their not doing your car by appointment time. In other dealer when I drop my car at Toyota the call after 2 hours my car is done. It should be like that . And Mercedez Benz is a luxury car so I was expecting that should have a good service than other dealership. So I got upset with the service. Thank you, Gloria and Paquito More
