Brandon processed the paperwork and kept me informed of progress. Was pleasantly surprised that service was completed sooner than expected. I was not aware that wiper blades would be replaced as I would progress. Was pleasantly surprised that service was completed sooner than expected. It is comforting to have an auto service place where you know you vehicle is getting top service at a reasonable price. My 2013 ML350 went in for Service A recently and the service work was completed in un know you vehicle is getting top service at a reasonable price. 9 AM appointment for 2-3 hour rear hatch problem Did not hear , called at 2:30 X 3, new answering service did nor ring advisor, went to Quany's voice mail. I understand workers problems, but not able to communicate is irresponsible! I have bought"5" mercedes from them since 2000 not sure will be a 6th. Dave Rowe is a great sales person, but his hands are tied in getting service done Really, Auto Nation needs to get act together. I have been buying Mercedes since 1972, maybe it is a time to change? Work done was exceptional. Would of liked to of known before it would take five days, when I called was told it would take a full day.
