Sherry in service was AMAZING! My 2020 GLE 350 was at the dealership for 5 weeks while I waited for a windshield replacement. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership in all my years of owning a vehicle. Saved me half a day!! I was driving from Florida and had an emergency tire issue outside Richmond. I called Mercedes Roadside, a godsend, and late in the evening my car wa I was driving from Florida and had an emergency tire issue outside Richmond. I called Mercedes Roadside, a godsend, and late in the evening my car was towed to the dealership. The next morning they looked at my car early and it needed a new tire, but they did not have it in stock. So, instead of making me wait until 4:30 pm for their delivery, they sent someone to pick up the tire and I was was out of there by noon, and back on the road. Southern hospitality at its best.
