It starts when I pull my vehicle into the garage and from there Sherri has me in and out with my Loaner car in no time flat,she was in constant touch with me by texts to what was going on with my car. I drive in to Richmond from Penna to have my car serviced by this dealership. I commend them on their Service and organization..........THEY ARE THE BEST from the person who greets at the door and the person who brings my car to me when I pick it up............... a GREAT TEAM!
