Service center does not return calls Last week I called to speak with a service advisor fort some information before I booked my car in for some work. I was out through to someone's voice Last week I called to speak with a service advisor fort some information before I booked my car in for some work. I was out through to someone's voice mail. I never heard back. I called again today and was sent to another advisors voice mail as I explained that I never recurved a call back. Still no returned call. I now have to call another Mercedes dealer that is much further away because these people won't return calls. More

Chris Garland always give exceptional customer service, it’s a pleasure working with him. The service waiting area was clean and comfortable.
