Service easy, efficient with friendly, helpful staff I called early in the week about dropping my car off on July 10 for B4 service. A man -- once more friendly and helpful --greeted me in the service area the afternoon of the 10th and sat with me as I filled out the form. I got the first text from Patrick Thompson early on the 11th and soon thereafter another text from him that the car was ready, much sooner than I had anticipated. Tyler Peay -- friendly and helpful -- guided me through check-out. The process could not have gone smoother. Plus, I was able to have a short visit with Fadil Pehlic who sold the car to me. My thanks to all! More

Addressed all of my concerns I felt something about my brakes were not working correctly after my car had been repaired by another mechanic for front end collision damage. Merced I felt something about my brakes were not working correctly after my car had been repaired by another mechanic for front end collision damage. Mercedes who replaced my brakes weeks before agreed to look over everything to assure me they were working as they should. They seem to be working exactly as they did after my brakes were replaced. Patrick Thompson is the best, kept me informed on everything and whenever I called/texted him got the response right back. The warranty company finally covered the claimed last week and Patrick got the new engine replaced way sooner than I expected. It’s been a long journey and Patrick was right there for me.
