It was was of the worst experiences I ever had with road assistence so far. In summary it took from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm to get the car to the MB Richmond from a very close location. Multiple conversations - the one before the last one - with a completely incompetent agent was costing me several hours of my work day. Also, the information system they are using seems to be far, far away from being functional. E.g., they could not find 3 requests for road assistence on the same day by just using my name. More
