Service I am always pleased with the service to include the availability of loaner cars. The only item that needs improvement is the pick-up process when the I am always pleased with the service to include the availability of loaner cars. The only item that needs improvement is the pick-up process when the car is ready. I had some questions about the nature of the repair for the service consultant only to learn that he had left for the day. By way of explanation - I had the car in for tire service ,i.e. four tires, alignment etc. The car started to pull after I got it back so I don't quite understand why I was charged anything. The cashier should inquire as to any possible question a customer has before he/she pays. Having said all this I am generally pleased with your service and will continue to use your dealership. More

When it is dark outside I could just Big thank you to "PATRICK THOMPSON". I have had a problem with the lights on my backup camera for over a year. When it is dark outside I could just not see behind my vehicle. I had gotten suggestions to purchase a light for my trailer hitch. It was just to UGLY to do the to my beautiful car. After discussing the problem with Patrick , he responded, "let me see what I can do". I am SO HAPPY! I can now see clearly when I am in reverse. The problem is fixed.
