Also, we discussed upcoming services that would be needed and cost. My advisor kept me informed as to progress of the work as well as the special attention that required my approval with regards to the passenger side seat. I found my service advisor to be very professional and very knowledgeable of every aspect of my repair work. Overall, my total experience with the work done and my satisfaction with the service advisor are excellent. More

I arrived a bit early on the day of the appointment, and was greeted right away, taken to a waiting service advisor who quickly and efficiently completed the paperwork, and had me on my way in the (new!) loaner car in a matter of minutes. I received a text message when my car was ready, along with a copy of the invoice--no surprises! My car was ready and freshly washed when I arrived to pick it up. Fast, friendly, competent service--a perfect experience all around! More
